Aud finished out her track season last week, and true to Aud, it ended with some drama. In her last meet, she was assigned to run a 1500, 800, and 400. She hadn't ever run the mile before, so she was certain she couldn't do it. After some back and forth with her coach, she ended up feeling guilty and forced herself to try. She did a nice job, and we were proud of the grit she showed. Aud, you grew a lot this season, and we are excited to watch you continue to grow as a runner!
Kate is a reluctant fan. Deep, deep down she enjoys cheering her sister on.😉
