Friends

The girls had a sleepover with Isla and Julia at our house in April, and thankfully, all went really well. Their friends got along, the girls got along, and it almost made for a relaxing night of parenting. Here are some pics of the fun!

Easter

Even as the girls grow too fast, they both still take great joy in traditions with cousins. We were lucky enough to be joined at Easter by their Koppa cousins, so for the first time ever, I think, the whole crew of 6 participated at Geeka and Grandma's together. Plus, we were able to cheer the Hawkeye women on during the same time frame, as an early Easter meant March Madness was still going on! What a fun day and wonderful memories for us all.

Egg Dyeing

We tried out a new egg kit this year, and it may be my favorite yet! It spins the eggs, and you just have to hold a marker on the spinning egg. The mess was minimal, and the girls were pleased. With those factors combining, I would call it a success! The only downside was that Jeremy wasn't able to do his usual red/blue dyed police egg.

Sadie's Walks

Wow, how has it been a month already! We have been enjoying our warmer spring days, and one of Audrey's favorite pasttimes is talking walks after school with Sadie. It is happening so frequently that Sadie borders on being leash trained. They make a cute little team!
