Happy Easter!

Our soggy, cool weather of late has us dreaming about the beautiful weekend of Easter!  Here are a few pictures of our two gorgeous ladies (and one handsome Dad!).  Happy Easter 2019!

Audrey changed immediately out of her Easter dress, so we didn't get a picture of her dressed up.  She still looks beautiful!

Geeka and Grandma did a great job with their Easter egg hunt again this year.  Thank you!  Also, Jack looks so sweet in this picture, too.  We loved being able to hang out with him over Easter.

Egg Dyeing

This year's egg-dyeing process was definitely a success!  We had girls taking the process very seriously, bright vibrant colors, and some sparkles to round out the eggs.  Jeremy was almost having a panic attack at all the glitter, but it ended well.  We definitely have two artists on our hands. :)

Egg Hunt #1

On a chilly Saturday, we participated in the fire department's Easter egg hunt.  While the adults shivered, the kids took off quickly, and the girls got quite a haul of candy!  Even though Audrey declared this one "way too easy", we know she had fun.  She was smiling the whole time she was running!

It is also always apparent how quickly the girls are growing up; however, the picture with the Easter bunny still isn't comfortable.  When will that happen?!

Family Fun Night

This week I was lucky enough to attend Family Fun Night for preschool families with JUST this sweet little lady.  It felt odd to be just the two of us, but she smiled, talked my ear off, and skipped around the school hallways.  As we parked the car, and I let her out, she said (to no one), "Here comes a preschooler, everyone!"  What a sweetie!  She is growing up too fast.

Wedding

Last weekend we went to a wedding of two people Jeremy works with.  The girls are always excited to get dressed up and get to dance, so we knew they would have a great time.  The 4:00 ceremony and reception took place in the same location, and it took over three hours after the ceremony ended for us to have supper.  Yeow.  Luckily, the girls did a wonderful job, AND there was a donut bar to keep tummies satisfied while we waited.  We even took three donuts home for breakfast the next morning!  :) 

Social events are never boring with these two ladies as company!

Kate was so hungry by this time, she didn't try to be lady-like while she ate.  

Cheer Clinic

A few Saturdays ago, two cute little cheerleaders attended a cheer clinic on a Saturday morning.  As we were driving there, Kate was SUPER excited, and Audrey felt some nerves.  As soon as we got in the gym, Audrey ran to some friends, and Kate started crying.  :)  Luckily, both ended up having a wonderful time with friends, learning a new dance routine.  They had to perform at a "Purple and Gold" night to kick off the spring sports season.  It was fun to see them dance, and cute little Kate looked like a peanut out there!  She sure does love to dance.

This girl is the sister to the boy Kate currently says she is going to marry.  :)  It changes pretty frequently, so stay tuned.
