One downfall of living in a forest comes during leaf season...
It does make for some fun, though!
A blog to celebrate the life and times of our two adorable little girls!
A couple of weekends ago we made our annual trek to a pumpkin patch, this year again in Manchester. The weather was gorgeous, minus those dreaded black bugs that were biting.
The best part of our trip this year was a boys vs. girls contest in the corn maze. The girls decided to "let" the boys win this year so that they didn't get hurt feelings. 😉 It was a lot of fun, though!
Now that Audrey is well aware of her school email account, she has been maximizing the usage of it. Last week I received this email to MY school account:
Hi Kara! Kate took two spelling tests and the fist one she go two rong the other she got four rong.
Last weekend the girls requested a photo shoot outside. The colors around our house were gorgeous! It is a good thing we did take a few pictures because the wind has blown SO many of them down. How quickly things change! Here are a few of the cute ones. I do think these girls have modeling in their futures! Or, at the very least a YouTube channel. :)

When you live in a house with mostly girls, sometimes this can happen to you...
For a dog who normally does not sit still, she did for this. Luckily a chalk pedicure doesn't last long!
Audrey successfully made it through a whole night at her first sleepover! Her nerves were high as she packed and we drove, but they stayed up so late partying that she was too tired to feel anxious! She is pretty certain she didn't go to bed until after 2 a.m., and by her snores before 7 tonight, we think she was right! We might have a few early bedtimes this week. We are so proud of you, sweet girl! Even though she won't admit it, we think Kate did miss her BFF.
